At AdriArt, we believe every child is an artist. 🎨 But a recent experiment made us wonder: Are kids seeing the world differently today?

We gave children this unique coloring page featuring naturally black-and-white animals—a panda, a zebra, and a penguin—surrounded by falling snow. The results were eye-opening!

🌟 Younger children (under five) saw no limits. They eagerly painted the animals in wild, imaginary colors—purple zebras, green pandas, and multi-colored snow. Their creativity knew no bounds!

🧐 Older children (five and up), however, hesitated. Many saw the image as “already complete” and didn’t feel the need to color it. They recognized the real-life colors of the animals and struggled to see beyond them.

This made us wonder—are children naturally becoming more realistic with age, or are we shaping their creativity in ways we don’t realize? How can we keep their artistic imagination alive for as long as possible?

💡 Join the experiment with your little ones!👉 Download this free coloring page and see how your child reacts! Do they color freely, or do they pause and question? Share their artwork with us on Instagram or Facebook @AdriArtLtd—we’d love to see their masterpieces!
